Support Update for 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to update you on our support services and policies for 2025.
General Opening Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Closed: Sunday and Monday
During our closed days, we are still available for support requests. However, unless it is an emergency, we will respond during our regular opening hours, just as most businesses do.
New Support WhatsApp Number:
We understand that some customers prefer to send support requests at their convenience, even outside of our business hours. To accommodate this, we have introduced a new WhatsApp support number: 604 994 295.
To use this service:
1. Send a message with your name and details of the support you require.
2. We will review and respond to your request during our opening hours.
Note: We do not accept phone calls outside of business hours. Calls at inappropriate times (e.g., 11 PM for non-urgent issues) are not acceptable. Customers who violate this policy may be removed from our service. However, we do offer 24/7 support contracts at an additional cost for those who require it.
Appointments:
Please ensure that any appointments are confirmed with us in advance. Showing up without a scheduled appointment creates unnecessary confusion.
Support Etiquette:
• When requesting support, please follow our guidance rather than insisting on alternative methods.
• Be respectful and considerate. Most of our customers are fantastic, and we value working with you!
Final Note:
We are a professional tech and computer support company, but we are also human. Like any business, we operate within specific hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our team. If you require 24/7 support, we are happy to provide a custom quote.
