Are you a results-driven communicator who enjoys helping people and connecting with customers over the phone?

✨ What You’ll Do:
📞 Make outbound calls to patients
💬 Educate patients about the RPM program
🤝 Build rapport and address questions or objections
📝 Document call outcomes in our CRM
🎯 Meet daily call, conversion, and enrollment goals
🔄 Coordinate follow-ups and warm transfers when needed

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ year of call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable working with multiple systems and documenting information in real time
✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
✅ Able to follow scripts while still making conversations feel personal

⭐ Plus, but not required:
• Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or chronic care experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• CRM, EMR, or healthcare call platform experience
