Sorry the POS-LAND Software Developer P.L.C is on court by the shareholders for not paying the 2003 & 2004 profit & managerial problem. The company have also reached unsolvable dispute between the shareholders which might lead to decision on thedissolution of the company because of unsettled argument between the shareholders. The current situation on court is payment of2003 & 2004 unpaid profit & the company Manager not working by the article of association & law, i.e.
