Meet Hilma.
Hilma does not care about SLAs. Hilma does not care about ticket queues, or onboarding timelines. Hilma cares about snacks and being held.

It takes a special kind of person to keep customers happy, stay cool under pressure, and also carry a beagle around like a handbag. Just like our CS Manager Maija (pictured left).

We're hiring more of those people.
