Incap Corporation’s President and CEO Otto Pukk and CFO Antti Pynnönen presented Incap at Nasdaq Helsinki Open House.

During the presentation, they shared an overview of Incap’s development, global operations and the key elements of the company’s approach, including its operating model, profitable growth and disciplined capital allocation.

📈 Today we’re at Nasdaq Helsinki Open House 2026!

The event brings together listed companies and investors for an afternoon of company presentations and discussions at the historic Helsinki Stock Exchange building.

Incap’s team is on site throughout the event, and visitors can meet us at our stand. From 16:50 to 17:10, Incap Corporation’s President and CEO Otto Pukk and CFO Antti Pynnönen will take the stage to share more about Incap’s journey, where we stand today and what lies ahead.

Incap’s Board of Directors has decided to initiate a share buyback programme based on the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting held on 20 May 2026.

The maximum monetary amount to be used for the share repurchases is EUR 15 million, and the maximum number of shares to be repurchased is 1,471,860 shares, corresponding to approximately 5% of the total number of the company’s shares.

The shares will be repurchased for the purpose of developing the company’s capital structure.

While pursuing profitable organic growth opportunities remains Incap’s highest priority, the company’s strong balance sheet and expected operating cash flows provide sufficient flexibility to return excess capital to shareholders.

The share repurchase shall start on 6 August 2026 at the earliest and end by 15 April 2027 at the latest.

Incap published its half-year report for January–June 2026. Revenue increased by 21.1% year-on-year and amounted to EUR 130.2 million. Comparable EBITA amounted to EUR 11.7 million, representing 9.0% of revenue.
