⏩ It's now one week until Terra Madre Nordic 2022! The most important sustainable food event in the Nordics, a meeting place for discussions about food systems, and a market with some of the best food producers from the Northern countries. September 2 and 3 at Stora Skuggan!

🧡 Jyväs-Hamppu
Jyväs-Hamppu makes food products with one of the oldest cultivars in the world: h**p. Clean, healthy, and ecological food for the everyday kitchen table. For Finland's arctic climate conditions, h**p has no pesticides, herbicides, or industrial chemicals.
🧡 Mesila isä&poika
Mesila Isä & Poika is a small Finnish family farm, keeping bees both in the middle of forests in the countryside and on city roofs. The company's hit products are the beeswax wrapper and bags for food. Everything produced comes from beehives to help make the world a little better place to live.
🧡 Puolen Hehtaarin Metsä
The farm produces only organic grains - oats, wheat, rye, and peas - ecologically while respecting nature and supporting its diversity. In all steps, from sowing to harvesting, milling, and packing by order, the company guarantees clean and fresh organic food. The “Fresh & Unsteamed oatmeal” received the Organic Product of the Year 2020 honorable mention.
🧡 Karviaisten tila / Voima-Papu
Karviaisten Farm specializes in cultivating broad beans, and Voima Papu (power bean in Finnish) as the brand brings more light to a not so known superfood. With its own mills, the company uses the entire legume, also roasting it. All products are packed on-site at Karviasten Farm: ground and roasted broad beans, flour, and flavored snacks.
🧡 Ainoa Winery
Ainoa was founded by two immigrants who went to Finland to make great wine. It may sound hard to believe, but some of the best raw ingredients for wines grow in forests. Amazing berries, honey, and other wild ingredients are used to make award winning wines.
