Where does a data center’s heat actually come from? 
A data center generates heat every time the machines do work. 
With us, none of that heat is wasted. 
 
The heat is collected directly from the hardware through liquid cooling, routed to a heat pump and then into the district heating network. 
 
In practice, this means: 
• less wasted heat 
• higher efficiency 
• heat delivered to real households 
 
Heat is created by computation.

Pete is responsible for MinersLoop’s data center business in its entirety, including the profitability, development, and operational management of the hosting business. His role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of data centers and leading the hosting business. 📊

Pete plays a key role in the demand response market, where he is responsible for its overall operations, optimization, and the development of market logic and decision-making processes. In addition, he is involved in software development and its application in supporting the business.

His role also includes active participation in the management team and board-level work, as well as the preparation and planning of operational decisions.✨

Hydro cooling enables higher performance  

The heat generated by our data center is captured using liquid-based cooling.  This hydro system transfers heat directly to the heat pump, which upgrades it to district heating temperature. 🌡️ 
 
The solution is designed to support:  
• efficient heat recovery  
• reliable cooling  
• high compute density  
• the green transition  
 
The hydro system is a critical part of the whole - without it, heat recovery would not be nearly as effective.
