April 2016 ~ it’s been 10 years. 10 years that I made this illustration. I had this cat named Yuki. Absolutely gorgeous but completely stupid. This cat was all in the looks and nothing in the brain. But I loved it anyway. 10 years ago I was coming out of a major breakup. 10 years of relationship and she kept the cats. Out of boredom I had this funny idea to create a mascot based on Yuki. Make a classy cat out of this dumb ball of fur. So I made this "Monsieur LeMeow" design. At first it was just an illustration. Then I made some fake apparel ads. Then I really made tees out of it. And finally I made it my name. 10 years Monsieur LeMeow.
