What a week at in Aberdeen!

Across the conference, Viridien experts contributed 22 technical papers and 8 workshop papers, showcasing the latest developments and case studies in advanced imaging technologies. Members of our leadership team also shared their perspectives across 4 strategic panel sessions.

On our new booth, alongside Sercel, we welcomed clients, partners and industry peers for a packed program of theater presentations highlighting the latest in geoscience, digital sciences, and sensing and monitoring technologies.

We also celebrated 3 special milestones: 75 years of EAGE, 95 years of Viridien and 70 years of Sercel.

From geophysical sciences to project leadership.

Victoria Bourne holds a Master’s degree in Geophysical Sciences from Leeds University and today works as a Project Leader, planning and delivering projects while supporting the development of junior team members.

What she enjoys most is the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds to solve complex challenges.

Her degree provided the problem-solving skills and subsurface understanding needed for the technical aspects of her role, while also helping her understand how clients use and benefit from the data.
