There is something nice about a coworking day that breaks the regular coworking routine. That was our case in Lille, where the day started, as usual, at our cozy coworking spot. A bit of work, coffee, conversations, quick updates... Then things took a turn for something completely different: a surprise with a VR activity and discovering the International Space Station. 🛰️
For a while, the International Space Station became our office. We got to look around, see what life in orbit is like, completely changes the perspective, and generally forget we were in Lille.
And after the ISS, we had one more stop: dinner (a typical French meal with specialties from the North) 🍽️, so somehow, our Lille desk time morphed into floating through orbit and a proper French feast. Pure momentum from start to finish - bring on the next city.

Throwback to when the US inensia team traded laptops for palm trees and headed off to Puerto Rico for an epic team building trip. 🌴
Between diving into the history (and generous samples) on the Bacardi rum tour and kicking back by the turquoise ocean, it was the ideal way to reconnect and recharge.

Pro-tip: getting everyone on the same page is a whole lot easier with a tropical backdrop. 🌊

Some of our colleagues recently swapped their usual routine for Puerto Rico - and honestly, we think that was a pretty good trade.
There was a little bit of everything: rum tasting at Bacardi, learning how to make cocktails 🍹, exploring El Morro (a massive 16th-century Spanish citadel in Old San Juan built to guard the entrance to the bay against sea attacks)🏰, and a day out on a boat to Icacos Island 🌊.
Turns out, a little sunshine and a change of scenery can do wonders.
A trip like this is hard to beat, although, let's be honest, the real souvenir might be the stories - and probably a few cocktail recipes that will be making appearances again.
And now the important question: what would your favorite part have been? 👀

A few weeks back, some of our colleagues went to see 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 🎶at 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥. They found a gratitude wall there set up by the organizers, added 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 and moved on with the night. Later, seeing it there was a really nice surprise. Some moments do not need much to matter 💙.

Some teams talk about loneliness at work. Not quite the case for our people in France, who make a point of getting together regularly. This time, the setting was 𝐜𝐨𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐲𝐨𝐧.
A hot day, cold drinks 🍹, shared space, and familiar faces: a pretty good reminder that flexibility works best when it still leaves room for real connection.
At inensia, coworking days like this one are part of what keeps collaboration easy and pleasant and team spirit real - even outside the office. 🤩

You can hire good people. You can also help them see the bigger picture in their day to day, long after they have become part of the company.
That was the focus of our recent 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 in Sofia, led by Olivier Jacquot, who flew from France to the Bulgarian office - thank you, Olivier, for sharing your experience and learnings with the team 🙌, and for joining us in the middle of summer for this workshop.
The session was centered on the realities of project delivery - where responsibilities for each role start, who is dependent on what, how the value chain works, and how to better manage deliverables.
This is what continuous learning looks like in practice: building beyond individual know-how typically means broader judgment, more effective collaboration, and better delivery habits across teams ✨.

Our 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 reconfirmed something we have long suspected: we are just as good at celebrating as we are at working.
Put us in the sunshine with good food, fancy cocktails, and some new age music, and suddenly everyone becomes a social butterfly with a great party spirit.
Some colleagues said they would stay for one drink, which was ambitious from the start 😃 because guess what, of course they were the last ones to go. A lot of catching up, a lot of laughing, and plenty of new inside jokes… Exactly as it should be. 😍

On July 14, we celebrate 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 🏛️ with our colleagues, clients, and partners across 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. Marking the Storming of the Bastille in 1789, the day has become a national symbol of change, collective momentum, and the drive to build something new.

At inensia, that resonates with the work we do every day helping organizations navigate transformation by connecting systems, people, and industries. Behind every successful project, it is local expertise, local context, and strong collaboration that turn drive into real progress, so we are happy to celebrate today with France!

What if career event conversations went beyond “Here’s our company, here are our jobs”? 🤔
That is exactly the kind of exchange we had at 𝐏ô𝐥𝐞 𝐋é𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐝𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢’𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, where Olivier Sicot, Laura Grangaud, and Adrien F. had the pleasure of meeting students and alumni to discuss what really shapes careers today.

We explored questions such as:
✔️ what the industry is truly expecting
✔️ which roles are growing and which ones are slowing down, and why
✔️ how positions are evolving in the age of AI

It was a great opportunity to share our vision for the future, where we are heading, and where the intersections lie between individual ambitions and our roadmaps.

Too often, what matters most for young professionals is the chance to step back, ask better questions, and gain a more grounded perspective on where the market is heading - and how to position themselves within it.

What do steel balls, sunshine, and team spirit have in common? Apparently, that is the perfect recipe for a great Saturday with the 𝐈𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 team at the CCI France Bulgarie 𝐏é𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 😁.
For anyone new to it, 𝐩é𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞 is a French game where you throw metal balls and try to land as close as possible to a small wooden target ball. It looks easy - right up until your competitive side kicks in. Then suddenly everyone has opinions, hidden talent, and very serious thoughts about angles, distance, and who should take the next shot. Let’s just say the energy was high, the cheering was loud, and a few of us may now consider ourselves semi-professional.
See you again - slightly more experienced, equally ambitious, and definitely ready for round two. 🔥🏆
