HotelAppz aims to be the most innovative and open digital marketing platform for Hospitality, helping Hotels make their clients happier, safer in times of COVID and deeply loyal to their favourite Hotels.
We are a young SaaS company with offices in Lisbon and Paris, clients in 8 countries, from France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal to Hong-Kong, and partnerships with dozens of leading Hospitality tech providers including Mews, Apaleo, TrustYou, Customer Alliance, ReviewPro, Oracle Hospitality, Protel, Quicktext, HiJiffy, GetImpala, Siteminder, D-Edge, Clicdata, Sendgrid/Twilio, and many others.
We love our clients and want to build up our customer success team, starting as soon as possible.
It doesn't matter what your studies are, what we want is a good fit with the kind of work you will be doing, lots of motivation and a desire to work in a dynamic international setting.
What we are looking for :
- 2-3 years professional experience in dealing with clients
- A good level of spoken and written English and French
- A love of technology
It would be great if you have experience in the following :
- Analyzing and answering client questions by email or telephone
- Experience in the Hospitality or travel sector
- Doing SQL queries to investigate a client problem (but don’t worry we can also teach you on the job)
- Teaching / training others
You will be working closely with :
- The Chief Product Officer, Olivier, to help test our new features and help us build a product our clients will love
- The Technical Director of the company, Nuno, to help identify and correct any technical issues
The job is based in or around Lisbon.
We are a REMOTE first company so you can work from home most of the time, as has been the rule during Covid. So if you want to work from home this job is perfect for you.
But we also believe in normal human contact :-) , so as soon as things get better you could also be going to the office regularly (ex. once a week).
