We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused intern to manage our community of tutors, lead B2B operations and control new recruitment pushes. As the Tutor Manager you would be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Recruiting and selecting suitable candidates to tutor on the platform (using a pre recorded video interview platform)
- Overseeing and controlling our B2B focused strategy (involves communicating with French clients)
- Liaising with the tutors and speakers to ensure smooth running of the sessions
- Managing and analysing advertising campaigns to recruit new online English tutors
- Defining overall marketing strategy by studying the market and deciding on the budget and plan
- Managing the social media channels to engage new and existing speakers (learners)
- Lead the onboarding, training and quality of tutors
- Engaging the tutor and learner community with daily content and email updates
- Constant review and feedback of the functionalities of the application and overall system
- Translating material from French to English
Profile searched for:
Good level of French preferable - otherwise committed and willing to improve in French
Great communication skills (written and verbal) and detail-oriented
Confident individual prepared to take initiative
Previous experience in customer facing roles
Self-starter, full of ideas to improve existing practices
Please note:
Internship is for 5 to 6 months starting end of June/ beginning of July
Student must be willing and prepared to move to Paris, France for the internship
Student must be able to provide a university internship agreement - studying business, media/communication, English, French (or related) degree
