🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: TEMPORARY CLOSURE🚨
To all our South Wales Custom Computers customers,
As many of you know, building, benchmarking, and testing high-performance custom PCs means our workshop is constantly pumping out a massive amount of ambient heat. Usually, we can manage it, but with the current extreme weather, our cooling systems simply cannot keep up.
Today, despite having all our fans running at full capacity, the internal temperature in our workspace reached a staggering **45°C**. 🌡️🥵
Because of these severe conditions, we have made the decision to temporarily close our doors.
The health, safety, and welfare of our staff will always be our absolute top priority.
It is simply not safe for our team to continue working in those temperatures.
There will be a slight delay in completing ongoing work.
We are monitoring the weather closely and will resume normal operations as soon as the workshop temperatures return to safe levels.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and support. We want our team in top shape to build the best rigs for you!
