Tier 4 Restrictions Update

Due to the upcoming tier 4 restrictions we will not be able to provide any walk-in retail services as of Boxing Day, though we will still be providing appointment based repair and recovery services.

We will be returning to appointment based contactless drop-offs and collections with payments being made online. If you have something you would like us to look at then please give us a call on 01224 622312 to arrange an appointment to drop it off with us.

We hope to be able to open our doors as soon as soon as the Scottish Government rules allow.

We are open for business! We have been running for the last couple of weeks with a new contactless workflow for drop-off, pick-up and payment to keep everyone safe.

As per the Scottish Governments recommendations we will be closing the shop at 5.30pm, Monday 23rd March, for the period of the Pandemic or until we are told we can open again.

We have an opertunity for a motivated individual to join our team. We are looking to fill what is currently a full time position of 37 hours per week.

The role will involve helping us support other businesses IT infrastructure. This involves Windows desktops, Servers, Printers and networking equipment. Excellent problem solving skills, customer relations and ability to work independently are required. You will also be dealing with home based users with a variety of PC related issues.

This role will involve offering remote support from our office as well as some travel from our office to clients business premises. Applicants should have preferably have access to a vehicle, a milage allowance will be provided.

Applicants should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience troubleshooting Cisco equipment is preferred and experience with Windows Servers, Domains and Exchange servers, Office 365 as well as a knowledge of cloud based services and general computer troubleshooting and fault finding is essential.

A minimum of an HND in IT or related subject is required along with relevent experience and industry certificates such as CCNA or MSCE are preferred.
