33 Years of Solab 🎈🍰

Recently, Solab celebrated its 33rd anniversary, and we marked the occasion in true company fashion - with delicious cocktails 🍹

We gathered at Rev de Cuba to toast to our shared success. It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, memories, and appreciation for all that we’ve accomplished together.

Reflecting on the past 33 years, the growth we’ve experienced has been phenomenal. As we look forward, we can't wait to see what the future brings.

Shaping the next generation 💫

Recently, we were joined by Kathleen, a talented Robert Gordon's College student, for work experience at Solab and Onboard Tracker.

She worked with our engineering, procurement, and marketing teams, gaining insights into various activities, from IT help desk tickets to event planning and researching L*Z zones and CO2 emissions.

Huwel Phillips and Sean Lynch took a trip to Edinburgh last week to connect with fellow professionals at the ITSX Summit.

Diving into the forefront of IT service desk evolution and the future of customer experience and support, the event provided an excellent platform for exchanging knowledge and ideas.

Exciting news at Solab – three skilled specialists have joined our Engineering team, strengthening our growing workforce! To celebrate our new recruits and foster camaraderie, we gathered for an engineering team pizza lunch earlier this month.

Thrilled to champion the inspiring work of Neve McPherson as she dedicates herself to making a positive impact on children's lives through Lifestars.

The teams at Solab and Onboard Tracker hope the students at Dyce Academy have an incredible adventure during their school trips and make some fantastic memories 💙

No better way to start the year off! 😍

We're excited to share that we've donated £1,200 to Dyce Academy to support the 'Support for Learning' trips in 2024.

The first, scheduled for March, will take 8 pupils to the Outward Bound Centre at Loch Eil, followed by a second trip in May to the Abernethy Trust outdoor residential centre, involving 6 students.

A big shoutout to our friends at Solab and Onboard Tracker for their incredible support! Their generous £1000 donation made this possible, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks for their continued support of what we do over the years 💝
