At PCL Group, we are immensely proud to support Grampian Thistles as they embark on this exciting journey in the Women’s Premier League. Designing the logo and sponsoring the kit is more than just branding - it’s about championing the incredible talent and determination of women in cricket across the North East.

The logo itself reflects both our rich cultural heritage and the unity and strength of this inspiring team. Drawing from ancient Pictish symbolism and proudly featuring the Scottish thistle, it represents resilience, pride, and a deep connection to the region’s identity.

Seeing the team take to the field on Sunday in their new kit was a truly proud moment. They looked absolutely fantastic - smart, confident, and united! We were thrilled to see them secure a well-deserved win. Their performance was a testament to the hard work and passion that’s gone into building this team.

Jeanette Forbes, the Pakistan Trade Ambassador for the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, has spearheaded a groundbreaking collaboration between Scotland and Pakistan!

The signing of the first-ever educational trade partnership between the two nations marks a momentous milestone for international relationships. Dr Forbes, reflecting on her years of dedication and multiple visits to Pakistan, shared, “I’m delighted to see this collaboration pay off in the signing of the MoU. This is just the beginning of tremendous opportunities for universities and other sectors to engage and maximize benefits for both countries.”
