When we shared that the M3 team is taking on 25,000 steps for Promise Dreams, we talked about helping make dreams come true for children living with serious and terminal illnesses.

This is what that really looks like.

✨ Grace's dream was to visit Disneyland Paris ✨

Grace lives with a rare, progressive condition that affects her mobility and development, and she needs round-the-clock care. But like so many little girls, she's Disney princess mad.

Her dream was to meet her favourite princesses, watch the parades and fireworks, enjoy the rides, and experience the magic of Disneyland Paris with her family.

Thanks to Promise Dreams, that's exactly what happened.

After everything Grace and her family have faced, they were able to step away from the realities of everyday life and simply make happy memories together. They came home full of stories about an unforgettable trip that they'll treasure forever.

It's a reminder that these dreams are so much more than a day out or a holiday. They give families precious time together, moments of joy, and memories that last a lifetime.

This is why we're taking on our 25,000-step challenge.

Last week, some of the M3 team headed to the Goodwood Festival of Speed to support our client MG at one of the world’s greatest automotive events.

For car enthusiasts, Goodwood is more than a festival. It is a pilgrimage, bringing together motorsport legends, cutting-edge technology and some of the most iconic cars ever built. It was fantastic to see MG making an impact at such a prestigious event, and we are proud to play a part in helping tell their story.

This September, a team from M3 will be pulling on their walking boots and taking on 25,000 steps to support an amazing charity that's very close to our hearts.

Promise Dreams helps make dreams come true for children living with serious and terminal illnesses, creating moments and memories that mean the world to them and their families.

As the charity celebrates its 25th anniversary, it aims to make 25 dreams come true this year. We're hoping our challenge can help make that happen.

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is hit pause.

Last Friday, our teams from across the business came together at our Birmingham office for a full company breakfast meeting to step away from the day-to-day and reconnect with each other.

The morning covered everything from strengthening our approach to organic and paid social to making better use of AI in our work. We also celebrated some of the people who make M3 what it is, presenting internal awards for ambition, passion and sustainability to the team.

One of the key themes throughout was how each of us can play a part in M3's impact on our clients, our communities and our business.

And that's why getting everyone in the same room really does matter.

We shared ideas, asked questions, learned from one another and left with fresh perspectives. Along with brushing croissant crumbs from our tops all day.

We love moments like this. Looks like the team does too.

We swapped desks for decks last month 🚤

The team has been taking it in turns to head out on day boats from our longstanding client, ABC Boat Hire, to explore the Worcestershire canals.

Starting from Alvechurch Marina, we cruised the waterways, tackled a few tunnels and spotted plenty of wildlife on the way. And most importantly, enjoyed spending time together away from the office.

The slower pace was great for catching up with colleagues, and it was even better in such beautiful surroundings. We even uncovered a few expert helmsmen within the team… a hidden talent we weren’t expecting! 😉

M3's Group Creative Director Justin has been busy this week, co-hosting at the Birmingham Design Festival in Analogue District. He's welcomed and interviewed an incredible range of speakers from across the creative world 🎤

BDF is a hugely important moment in the creative calendar, not just for the industry, but for our wider communities in Birmingham and beyond. Now in its 9th year, it continues to be a space where inspiration, ideas and meaningful connections are shared at scale.

At M3, we’re proud to offer our team community days that support involvement in events like this, giving people the opportunity to contribute to causes and spaces that matter to them and the wider community.

Tonight, Creative Director, and Managing Partner, Lennon had the pleasure of being invited be involved in the Graduate Show. M3 were very honoured to present a Brand New ‘M3 Award’ to one of the Illustration grads.

The students and staff put on an excellent show, brimming with exciting young talent. Congratulations to for winning this year’s award. Cat will be spending a some professional time with M3, experiencing agency life and sitting with Justin for a portfolio review.

Special thanks to , Ian Dodds and team for inviting us. We are already looking forward to next year.
