Our complete contract manufacturing service supports complex surface mount PCB products, from rapid prototype & NPI

to medium batch production. Gemini Tec design, build and test a range of equipment for customers in the UK and across Europe. Our unique manufacturing capability includes the production of surface mount and complex surface mount products. We use world class capability such as solder jet printing technology and SMT placement by Mycronic and reflow soldering using vapour phase reflow with vacuum capability and Nitrogen (N2)

We are fully equipped to supply a comprehensive service from stand alone PCBA's to fully assembled enclosures, covering cable assemblies, wave soldering, press fit connectors, conformal coating, BGA re-work, X-Ray, Auto void detection X-Ray, 3D AOI optical inspection and aqueous and ultrasonic cleaning.
