This week, to kick off National Apprenticeship Week, Sarah and Beth from Cooperfields visited Shire Oak Academy to speak to Year 11 students about careers in marketing, the creative industries and apprenticeships.
Beth shared her journey joining Cooperfields as an apprentice and recently being taken on full time. A brilliant example of what can happen when talent is given the right opportunity and support.
Sarah spoke about the realities of working in marketing, what employers actually look for, and why apprenticeships play such an important role in building strong, future-ready teams.
