lues of using locally sourced supplies, serving healthy food and providing a relaxed atmosphere. In 2010 we launched the Kitchen Garden project to provide community allotments to local people to help them get outdoors and also to help provide fresh vegetables for the cafés. This allows people to come down to the sites, meet other participants, talk about things, grow plants and of course dig holes! Regular exercise and the consumption of a healthy diet can lead to a host of benefits, including increased energy, happiness, health and even a longer life. Exercise and diet are vital to determining a person’s overall health, and making them both part of your lifestyle can make a dramatic difference in how you look and feel.
