🚨 We’re Hiring: IT Engineer (1st–3rd Line Support)
📍 Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire | Hybrid + Field Work
F8 IT Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied environment supporting multiple clients, solving technical challenges, and taking ownership of projects as well as day-to-day support.
🔧 Key areas of experience we’re looking for:
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
• Active Directory management
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers/switches)
• Experience delivering 1st–3rd line support
⭐ Additional experience that would be beneficial:
• IT upgrades, migrations or implementations
• Microsoft Intune / MDM
• PowerShell
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments
🚗 Important requirements:
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable with approximately 35% client site visits
• Within commuting distance of Aylesbury (HP19)
