What You’ll Be Doing
● Repairing phones, tablets and other gadgets.
● Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs such as screens, batteries and charging ports.
● Testing devices before and after repairs.
● Helping customers with repairs, sales and product choices.
● Buying, selling, exchanging and testing second-hand devices.
● Processing sales, payments and repair bookings.
● Helping with the general day-to-day running of the shop.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
● Friendly, approachable and good with people.
● Interested in phones, gadgets and technology.
● A good problem-solver who likes getting stuck in.
● Reliable and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
● Flexible to work between our Banbridge and Newcastle stores.
● Experienced in phone/electronics repairs or retail — desirable but not essential, as we’re happy to train the right person.
● A full UK driving licence is desirable.
