Meet the Team: Paul Taylor CNIDP The Heart Behind Integral Network Solutions
At Integral Network Solutions Ltd, we’re more than just cables and connections we’re about people, purpose, and doing things the right way.
And at the heart of it all is our founder: Paul Taylor.
Paul’s journey started in the British Army, where he served 12 years in the infantry from 1987 to 1999. Here's a throwback to him at just 17 (bottom right in the photo) during his deployment in Northern Ireland where his dedication, discipline, and no-nonsense work ethic were forged.
After leaving the Army, Paul swapped his uniform for a toolkit and jumped headfirst into the cabling world. Starting with cable TV installs, he quickly transitioned into data cabling, working as a subcontractor a true “man in a van” building his skills on-site, job by job.
In 2007, Paul founded Integral Network Solutions, and for the last 18 years, he’s led the company with the same integrity and grit that defined his Army days. With over 25 years in data cabling, he’s seen it all, done it all and continues to evolve.
In 2016, Paul became a Certified Network Installation Design Professional (CNIDP), enabling him to design and build networks from the ground up. He keeps this certification up to date, renewing it every three years to stay sharp and current.
