If you’re starting a business and getting to grips with managing your finances we highly recommend using a dedicated accounting software rather than an excel spreadsheet!
We’re big fans of Quickbooks as they work for our business needs. They’re a good all-rounder and offer all types of features like mileage tracking, reporting, multi-currencies support, invoice templates, income & expense management, payment reminders and more! Highly recommend having a look and see if they can save you some accounting headache!
If you’re looking for other options you can explore Freshbooks, Xero & Wave. Wave is the only one which is free but still a really good option for those starting out!
