Something I wish someone had told me earlier: you don’t have to figure all of this out alone.

Building a business is hard enough. Building one while managing a chronic health condition, the unpredictability, the guilt, the fear of being seen as unreliable, is genuinely harder. And trying to do that in isolation makes everything feel heavier than it needs to be.
