~ Laptop Repairs ~

“This MacBook came in with a fractured screen after being dropped from a desk. Damage like this requires a full screen replacement.
We ordered a new screen, removed the damaged one, and had the MacBook fully repaired, tested, and back to the customer the next working day.

This laptop came to us with a broken retainer clip on one of the most important keys on the keyboard causing the key to not sit on the keyboard properly and the key it’s self to stop working,

This could not be repaired and had to be replaced,

This laptop was very new and parts were very difficult to find, however we found a replacement from a different spec model and swapped the old trackpad over to avoid any hardware conflicts.

This computer comae to us with power issues, this computer turned off and wouldn’t turn on at all after that,

This was due to a loose CPU power connector.
we reconnected this connection properly and replaced thermal paste,

This issue was resolved very fast, and the computer was returned to the customer same day.

This MacBook came to us with a fractured screen, damage like this cannot be repaired requiring replacement.

We ordered a replacement screen, removed the faulty screen, then had replaced tested and returned the laptop to the customer all within 3 working days

This computer came to us with performance issues, we were told that it had a good few months of usage before it started to slow down dramatically and overheat.

We committed to cable management along with all software and firmware updates necessary to resolves the issues that were happening.

This saw a 17°c reduction in ambient temperatures, along with a 21°c reduction nin CPU temperatures.

This computer was slightly outdated and was no longer achieving performance targets.

The previous card was an RX 580 8GB,

After consultation with the client, we determined an upgrade to an RTX 5060 would best suit their needs

~ Computer Maintenance ~

This computer was left under a desk for 6 months.

Leading it to collect a lot of dust, along with other issues like fans not spinning causing overheating and system instability.

We provided a tear down service for the hardware, cleaning the system thoroughly replacing old thermal paste, cable management along with all software and firmware updates necessary.

We achieved considerable gain in performance, and system stability.

~ REPAIRS ~

This Gaming PC had been recently built, and working fine until it decided it no longer wanted to turn on,

This issue was caused by the CPU cooler being too tight, therefore lifting the CPU out of its socket causing this problem,

We removed the CPU cooler, checked for any damage to the CPU, then reinstalled the cooler and the computer turned on, on the first attempt.
