Please accept my sincere apologies.. again..
I have just spent the last 1 hour and 5 mins on the phone to PayPal having realised that they have caused the same dilemma as last year..
I can confirm that anyone that has already paid, does not owe a balance, and anybody that has accidentally overpaid, and I apologise again I will refund your moneys right away.
Much as I have fantasised about a carribean holiday with cocktails etc and sunny beaches, the current circumstances and my honesty have foiled my plans and I shall be here fixing computers and apologising to my dear clients for the foreseeable future.
