If your PC is compatible then it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Windows 11.

Have you closed a tab on your computer by mistake? On windows if you press "CTRL + SHIFT + T" it will reopen the most recent tab you closed.

Windows 11 is officially available now. Microsoft are rolling out the update steadily and you will receive a notification when you are able to install the update. Support for Windows 10 ends in 2025 so you have plenty of time to decide when you change to Windows 11. This new update has new requirements for security so most systems before 2018 will not receive the update. Is it time that you started looking to upgrade your system?
