We charge 3.95% per transaction and this fee can be passed on to the buyer so your PTA pays nothing. Premium plan:

£299.99 + VAT per year with a reduced transaction fee of 1.5%. You control the advertising and can earn more than the cost of the subscription through local partnerships. Payment processing is handled through Stripe, which charges 1.5% + 20p per transaction or 1.2% + 20p for registered charities and non-profits.

We’re proud to share this video featuring Hermitage Schools Association (HSA), showcasing the incredible impact PTA fundraising can have on school communities 💜

Yesterday, the PTA Events team took a moment to pause and celebrate a milestone that means so much to us - £50 million raised through our platform. That's £50 million going straight back into supporting good causes such as schools, charities and grassroots communities.

We marked the occasion with afternoon tea at Pennyhill Park, reflecting on the journey so far and the incredible community behind it, along with plenty of tea and cake! As a typically camera-shy bunch, this felt like a moment worth capturing.

We're proud of how far we have come and even more excited about what lies ahead.

Last week, as part of our £50 million fundraising milestone, we delivered a gazebo to Ravenscote Junior School - the very first school to use PTA Events back in 2013. Ravenscote PTA

Since those early days, Ravenscote has raised an impressive £289,000+ through PTA Events, supporting a book bus, new ICT equipment, a school minibus and the Raven Haven project.

A huge thank you to the amazing PTA team and school who have been part of this journey from the very beginning 💜

🎉 Milestone Mondays Winner 🎉

Our fourth and final Milestone Mondays winner is Ellenbrook Primary School PTA in Manchester 👏 Ellenbrook Primary School PTA

For their Laser Light Spectacular event, the team upgraded to the premium plan and used Qflow ticket scanning to streamline entry on the day.

In their words:
"Using Qflow integration was a lifesaver for us in terms of the number of volunteers we needed and making it quicker and easier for our guests."

🎉 Milestone Mondays Winner 🎉

Our third Milestone Mondays winner is Friends of Coltishall Primary School (FoCPS) in Norwich 👏 Friends of Coltishall Primary School

This incredible PTA filled their village streets with colour, joy and community spirit, bringing together over 500 runners for a fantastic Rainbow Run event 🌈

By selling tickets through PTA Events, families could sign up easily while the PTA benefitted from reduced admin and improved data accuracy. On the day, having everything organised through the platform gave the volunteer team confidence and clarity, allowing them to focus on creating a brilliant community experience rather than paperwork.

The result?
✨ £10,775 raised for the school
✨ 500+ participants
✨ 70 volunteers and local sponsors supporting the event

Well done to the team and a brilliant example of how PTA Events can help PTAs scale events safely, efficiently and inclusively while bringing communities together.

🏆 Friends of Coltishall Primary School will be putting their £100 Milestone Mondays donation towards extending their Happiness Hive outdoor wellbeing space, a much loved cabin supporting children’s emotional regulation, My Happy Mind sessions and small group work 💜

🎉 Milestone Mondays Winner 🎉

Our second Milestone Mondays winner is Greswold Primary School PTA in Solihull 👏

The PTA promoted their Santa's Grotto event across social media with their PTA Events link. Families were able to book tickets online, receive instant e-tickets and scan QR codes for entry on the day, reducing cash handling and helping the event run smoothly and efficiently.

We admire the feature reel created by the PTA team showcasing how easy it is to set up an event, promote it, manage ticket sales and scan attendees using PTA Events 💜

🏆 Greswold Primary School PTA will be putting their £100 donation towards enhancing the mud kitchen area used by the Nursery and Reception children, supporting outdoor learning, creativity and imaginative play.
