If you excel at building strong commercial relationships, understanding what truly drives customer success, and helping clients maximise their potential, this role is for you.

✅ 3+ years of experience managing customer accounts within a B2B SaaS or subscription business
✅ Proven track record of retaining customers and growing existing accounts

We’re looking for someone who has…

✅ Expert knowledge of learning platforms, ideally including Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace and/or Totara

✅ Proven experience in a pre-sales, consultancy or solution-focused role within a B2B environment (minimum 2 years in a relevant role)

✅ Proven experience leading discovery and shaping solution approaches based on customer requirements

Going the Distance for Neuroblastoma UK 💚

Last month, we completed the Belfast Marathon Relay and helped raise £2,313 for Neuroblastoma UK.

Supporting charities, fundraising and creating positive impact in our communities is a key part of our Giving Back initiatives and the social value we strive to create as a team.

Neuroblastoma UK was particularly close to the heart of one of our colleagues, who says: "A big thank you to all of those that took part in the run, donated and shared our JustGiving page. Neuroblastoma UK is a charity very close to the hearts of my family, as my cousin sadly passed before her sixth birthday due to this horrid childhood cancer. The donations we received help to improve the lives of other children (and families) in similar situations. Neuroblastoma UK is a charity full of lovely individuals, helping to bring some light into a world that can be so dark for the affected families - thank you!"
