🎓 Ben successfully completed the Awin Agency Certification, helping us refresh our agency status with Awin. Great work, Ben!

🥳 Another milestone in the CFD team as Lewis celebrates 4 years at Customer First Digital. Thank you for all your hard work over the last four years!

🤝 We also had a number of great publisher conversations this week, including calls with GoCertify to discuss opportunities in the US market, and WordSeed to learn more about the solutions they can offer our partners.

🎉 It's Friday and the weekend is upon us. Here's how the week unravelled for Customer First Digital...

🤝 There have been plenty of positive calls and planning sessions this week between the CFD team, publishers, and networks, with plenty of opportunities still available - we're squeezing everything out of the current quarter before we enter Q4.

📝 Speaking of Q4... Lewis attended the APMA Black Friday Webinar: Black Friday Starts Now: Plan Early, Win Big taking away key insights on consumers use of AI and how long form content can support visibility for brands.

🖥️ Joe has been working behind the scenes on building the pages on site for our Appraise service. More than just an account audit… Appraise is your FREE bespoke affiliate marketing consultation, ensuring you have the right plan to take advantage of the growing importance of affiliate marketing.

💬Exciting times as we have had some healthy conversations with a beauty and skincare retailer, discussing affiliate strategy and new partnership opportunities.

👨‍💻The team have been deep diving into the new intent.ly dashboard, getting to grips with its latest features and insights.

🤝We held one of our quarterly client review meetings, reflecting on performance and planning for the upcoming quarters.

⚽Finally we'll be attending Cherry Burton Rhinos presentation evening on Saturday before backing England as they take on Norway in the World Cup quarter final!!

📊It’s Metric Monday - Clothing Edition👕

The team have been reviewing June's year-on-year and month-on-month performance across our clothing partners and the results speak for themselves...

In June our clothing partners achieved +39% YoY growth, compared with the latest IMRG clothing data, which recorded -8.4% YoY.

Our clothing partners also saw +28.4% MoM growth, while IMRG reported clothing growth of just +0.3% MoM.

A strong performance despite a challenging market.

Ben and Dave were at the iPX London event this week, representing the brands we work with in meetings with the likes of Reward Gateway Scalapay, i365, Zilch and more whilst soaking up the insights from some of the talks, with Genie Shopping highlighting the importance of CSS publishers in your programme, and Impact.com teasing their product roadmap with some exciting new releases and updates on the horizon.

📝 New Case Study Published
Ben has published a brand-new case study on the Customer First Digital website, exploring what happened when subnetworks were removed from a global fashion retailer's affiliate programme.

The results were impressive:
📈 Revenue increased by 34.6%
🛍️ New customer acquisition grew by 61.5%
💰 Average order value increased by 29.4%
🤝 All while improving publisher transparency and strengthening direct publisher relationships.
