💫 Recent Work: RBPhysiotherapy.Co.Uk 💫

Absolutely delighted to work on Rachel’s brand new website with her ❤️ it’s been so fun to work with more local clients recently! 🥰

Rachel is a very experienced Physiotherapist & Pilates teacher. As she’s coming back to work following her recent maternity leave, she wanted a website where people could find out more about her services, book various Physiotherapy appointments and Pilates classes.

You can now book Physio appointments with her via her site, with bookings for her (very busy!) Pilates classes coming soon.

Having recently been travelling around 45 minutes to see a Physiotherapist she recommended to me while she was off on maternity leave, I for one am very excited that her schedule is now open and available for bookings 😂👍🏻

WOW I cannot believe I am so late posting this one to my grid 🤦🏻‍♀️

A dream of a project from early this year. Beth is an absolutely incredible musician and I loved every moment of working on this build with her.

A beautiful showcase of her stunning music and work, including a music player on her home page, lyrics from her albums, live dates, blog, and a shop for her music and accompanying album artwork.

Listening to her latest album while I worked on this had me in floods of tears several times 🥲 go have a listen if you haven’t heard her yet.

We’re just around halfway through the summer holidays now, and so far it’s actually been a pretty nice one! ☀️

Every year it feels like an eternal struggle to keep afloat with work and also enjoy time with the kids, and every year we try to organise things a bit differently so we both get enough work time in. My husband is self-employed too, so generally most days/weeks will look different 😝

On days when he hasn’t been here, here’s what’s been working for me this summer:

✨ get up early, focused work sesh for 1.5-3 hrs depending on the day
✨ out for a walk with kids/dogs
✨ more outside time - play/swim/etc
✨ late afternoon work sesh for 1-2 hrs
✨ dinner/play outside
✨ evening work sesh 2-3 hrs

Every day is different, we have our ups and downs, and now that our kids are 5, 8 + 10, that makes a difference too! Also, the amount of sun we’ve had in Scotland this summer has been LIFE CHANGING and we aren’t taking it for granted 😂☀️ important to make sure you grab some time for yourself here and there to get a little pause from it all, which for me is continuing to train ✌🏻

Bonus points: a couple weeks ago while our kids were at football and dance camp, a friend and I set up in a cafe for 4 hours and worked there and it was glorious 🙏🏻🤩 big mental boost!

Last week I set live a really big site I’ve been working on over the past few months 🥰 I’m also working with a few lovely local clients atm and a couple of those will be launching soon too. Look forward to sharing them all soon! ✨

Life lately ✨

It’s been a crazy few months and my socials fell to the bottom of the list 🙃

Funnily enough, it’s made me come to the realisation that without putting the pressure on myself to show up more often, I’ve probably had a better work/life balance than I have in a while.

As my workload kept growing and there were lots of busy life things going on, I decided to focus my time and energy on serving my clients to the best of my ability and cut myself some slack on posting here.

Although I still believe a strong social media presence is important, one of the beautiful things about being nearly 8 years in business means that for now, my website and word of mouth are bringing in so much work that I could take a little pressure off myself 💕

Last month, our youngest and I went home to Canada for a couple weeks before she starts school in August. I brought my computer and still got through some work 😅 but came back mostly feeling like I’d had a break, and ready to jump back in.

Now we’re into the school holidays and the biggest juggle of the year begins ☺️ excited to share more about the website builds I’ve been working on as we navigate the summer holidays at a slightly slower pace 😍

As always, my DMs are always open if you need some website help, and I’m now booking for late 2026 ✨

Happy Easter holidays 🥳

The kids are off school/nursery for the next 2 weeks and I’m finally beyond my pile of deadlines for the end of march 🙏🏻

Taking a break from some of my work while keeping a few projects going at a slower pace over the next couple of weeks ☺️

Kicked off the year with a new website for 🙏🏻

Already a very busy PT and S&C coach, the aim with his website was to have one place online where people can learn more about what he does and his approach to his work.

We also added online programmes people can purchase and download to work through if they don’t want to jump straight into group or 1:1 coaching 😊

Lots of cool info on here and it was a really cool project to work on! Stuart’s been my coach for around a year now so it was really fun to bring this to life already knowing how he works with his clients 🌟

“Good vibes only” gets a bad rep, but honestly? You can’t convince me vibes aren’t a legit way to choose who you work with 😅

I don’t think good vibes mean being fake-positive, avoiding hard conversations, or pretending everything’s fine.

For me, good vibes with clients looks like:

💫 clear communication
💫 mutual trust
💫 boundaries that are respected
💫 space to ask questions (even the ones you think are stupid, because I guarantee those are the ones everyone asks 😂)
💫 projects that feel collaborative, not stressful

When those things are in place, the work flows better.
The results are better.
And the whole process feels lighter for everyone involved.

That is a legit way to work; and it’s when the magic really happens ✨

Kids are off on half term this week, which reminded me of this webste audit they asked to do with me in the Christmas holidays 😆

The rules of our website audits are:

1) they choose if they want their faces to be in or out the videos
2) they aren’t supposed to say anything that will give away who the client is

Anyways, this one descended into 3 minutes of pure chaos and as you can tell they were pretty psyched to see ‘s new website 😂 will share more on that one soon.

Shoutout to all the parents trying to have fun times and make new memories with the kids while they’re on school holidays, while also panicking on the inside over the amount of work they have to get through 😂👍🏻 we’ve got this.
