Just when you think there is a disruptor to the market who have created a product that makes life easier, you then wake up and realise it is more click bait.

I strongly maintain that good customer service and responding to customer needs builds a better client relationship, and I hold to account those who do not meet that threshold.

A recent experience was from , I bought one an item costing £80.00, that boasts statements such as;
'The Belt of The Future'
'The Longest Lasting Belt'
Oh and 'Trusted by over 5000+ men', the last one sounds impressive until you look at the 7932 reviews, all I can suggest is these belts seems very popular with 100s of men with the same name...Carlos, Yuki, Hiroshi, Albena, who have all provided 'verified reviews'.

Please check for yourself I scrolled for over 2 hours to read all of them for due diligence. What was interesting to note, at the time of doing my deep dive my review was missing, which was a one star (they don't allow zero stars)!

The longest lasting belt and the belt of the future, costing £80.00 broke in under 12 months. Good to see that even in the future prices are high and product quality and customer service remains rubbish.

As you would imagine that a company with a proud standing of 5000 reviews would be able to solve my issue, when I called I was offered £10.00 off a new belt, nothing more. As a result I bought one with the same technology on for around £20.00.

I think Buckley Belts should have been more honest to lower customer expectations, 'The longest lasting belt...if you have less than 12months on the planet', 'The belt of the future...a dystopian one'.

I often provide case studies of companies who have lost their way when it comes to providing a quality service, excellent customer service and using bots for reviews.

We're so pleased to be the marketing agency of choice for Popcorn Productions having created their brand, logo and branding guidelines.

We recently worked with them on their last production, Murder on the Nile, creating the concept, production branding, website, packaging, merchandise, social media content, video content, market research and focus groups, sponsorship, advertising, podcast, printing, vehicle graphics, building mapping, strategy planning, along with the clever guerrilla marketing campaign that has seen their brand advertised on buildings across Wirral. It's also the first time we've designed popcorn boxes!

We're excited to work with them on their latest production of Alan Ayckbourn’s ‘Snake in the Grass’, and have some great ideas to make sure Wirral residents know it's the play to watch!
