Vodafone Voice Engineers continue to monitor the network with no issues noted as of now. Monitoring will continue until Monday 22nd Of June with health checkpoints taking place in between.

Second Line Voice & Reactive Switch Maintenance Engineers have completed signalling resets with all impacted OLO’s no further errors have been noted at this time.

As per the last few communications, we have been actively monitoring the affected service routes restoring to normal since c 14:00.

The National Network Incident remains on-going and being monitored by Carrier engineers; but it is anticipated that services are currently running normal

We haven't had an official clear from Vodafone but calls seem to have routing successfully sine 14:15 today.

Below is an outline of the issue

Incident Summary:

Reports have been received that the Vodafone voice network is currently down.

The Vodafone Customer Major Incident process has been invoked.

Impact:

Customers using the Fixed Voice platform are unable to make or receive calls. The Vodafone Service Desk are also unable to make or receive calls.

Current Status:

3rdLine Engineers investigations have identified calls traversing SBC’s are failing.

Engineers are in the process of investigating the affected SBC’s and rebuilding the configuration on multiple PE devices.

Next Steps:

3rd Line Engineers to provide an update on the rebuilding of the PE devices.

Vodafone regret any inconvenience caused, updates will be provided regularly at the times outlined. Should there be any significant changes updates will be provided as and when available.

**Just to confirm there is a Major outage affecting calls on the Vodafone network which is country wide. Other UK carriers are also reporting Issues too (Gamma, BT, Virgin media)**. Obviously this is a severity one fault and is being investigated by all carrier networks at the highest level. As soon as we have any more details we will update.
