We would like to apologise to any customers that have tried to email or contact us via the phone today.
Unfortunately we came into the premises to find that our network was completely down. Sadly this meant we were not able to check/process any orders and shipments. To top this off our phone line runs off the network line so this has meant we have not been able to make or receive phone calls.
Thankfully this issue has now been resolved so we are catching up with emails and orders as quickly as we can. Again we are very sorry for the delays in response this has caused and will be fully caught up soon.
