Obviously we have our own map service we will not be updating but give map quest their due.

(And from us a special kind. Because people were making jokes about "are they still around" when we are pretty sure people use map quest mor eoften than snipesearch maps... It is what it is)

This means we now support every Mac from July 20, 2011. Every Windows machine from 2001, android back 2019 and Linux machines from 2016.

SnipeOS however will go on any 64Bit processor so it can reach back to 2007.

We are currently working on various chromebook deployments.

Snipesearch Music's Top 100 for July 2026 is out, and it's a shake-up. GIMS storms to #1 with "VIVE LA MONNAIE" (and has SIX tracks in the top 45), Manon Lisa comes out of nowhere to crack the top 10, and decades-old classics like "Take on Me" and "Wonderwall" are still holding their own against 2026's biggest new releases.

If your profile has been posting for more than 5 years and interacting with a complex family tree, you are clearly human, a face scan is in no way needed. This feels like feeding a machine trained data.

Meta has announced Facebook Verified, a free optional badge that lets users confirm they are human by submitting a face scan.

The company says the move is a response to AI making it easier to generate fake content, profiles, and messages. The new badge is meant to signal that a real person is behind a profile.
