Despite recent rumors, we are still very much open and have been for the last 20 years 🙂

As a family-run business sometimes emergencies happen and recently we have had medical issues with one of our children, resulting in us needing to close for appointments.

We also have a large amount of business clients. While the shop may appear closed at times, please know we are still working hard but remotely.

Happy New Year to you all!

Due to the recent changes in Coronavirus Guidance and Boston now being under Tier 4 rules, we have changed how we are currently operating.

Guidance now states that if a business' main activity is repairs, they are able to open, and due to this we will be reopening for repairs only, on an appointment basis.

We advise that you contact us ahead of your visit, so that we can allocate an appointment to you. Entry will not be permitted without an appointment.

Please note we are prioritizing repairs for people who fall in the following categories:

Vulnerable People
Operating Businesses
Home Learning and Working

As we move forward, we are looking at setting up a click and collect service and online ordering for those that are looking to buy anything. In the mean time, please call us and we can discuss any requirements.

Coronavirus Update

Please note -
To protect our colleagues and family we have taken the decision to close the shop from 5pm tomorrow evening (24.03.20).

We will be in the shop tomorrow for collections and deliveries. However the door will be locked, it is advisable to call ahead before arriving.

We have been working hard to get all jobs completed and still had jobs in today. Please be reassured that we will try our best to get your computers back to you.

We are still offering our repair service by telephone and remote support tools on an appointment basis. If it is not feasible to fix in this manner, we are offering a doorstep collect and return service.

Please note all payment transactions will now be either Card or Bank Transfer.

We understand people rely on technology and we have been inundated with work from home jobs, we are and will remain to do our best to help everyone while still trying to protect our family.

Coronavirus Update

As of Monday 23rd March, we will be suspending all non-essential call outs until further notice. We will only be providing on-site support where it is strictly necessary for your connection to the outside world for shopping etc. We are receiving a higher than usual request for this service and are prioritizing the most vulnerable at this time.

If you do require support and cannot leave the house, we are able to provide a remote support service where it is feasibly possible. We can also provide a doorstep collect and return facility if required.

Our shop will remain open for support until we are required to close.
