My name is Igors, I am self-employed. I work with computers more than ten years by increasing more and more satisfied customers. At this moment my location are United Kingdom, Boston. And thanks to my work quality, responsibility, individual approach and
Attitude to customers, my customer list grows in nearest areas like Wyberton, Langrick, Swineshead, Kirton, Donington, Sibsey, Fishtoft, Spalding, Stickney, Coningsby etc.
Competitors are a lot and that’s why, I try to give services for the best of my conscience. Plus this is my hobby, as result this is powerful motivator to use the newest technology and knowledge’s which I improve all the time.
My goal is not the money, but satisfied customers. If my customers are happy, it makes me happy and increasing my customer list – that is how it’s works. No hidden fees, no tricks or lies. I am not renting expensive office, not employing extra workers and do not use any advert agencies - As I do all by myself. That is why I can give the best service for the best prices.
I am doing desktop computer, laptop diagnostic, checking all parts, which are connected to motherboard and checking are those parts working correctly and if those do what they are supposed to do. If it is necessary I change broken ones. Unfortunately the motherboard itself I can’t check, because it requires very expensive and complicated laboratory equipment. In this case if the motherboard is detected faulty, I offer backup and save important customer data. I can change motherboard, or advice customer to consider purchase new computer, or even I can offer to build a new computer.
Yes, that’s right – I can build new desktop computer for home, office, or demanding games, with one year warranty, freshly installed windows 10 or windows 7, with all drivers and basic software’s.
Off course, I can install windows on customer current desktop computer or laptop and if it’s necessary, offer to clean computer cooling system with changing thermo compounds there by increasing computer life. I can also offer to make computer upgrades, like upgrade random access memory (RAM), upgrade central processing unit (CPU), if possible, or upgrade old generation hard disk drive (HDD) to new generation solid state drive (SSD), that way making computer work with its maximal performance available. Plus I give three month warranty.
If computer has physical damage, for example- fall, computer screen is cracked or windows after while can’t start normally. I can change screen, check hard disk drive health and if necessary backup customer data, because old generation HDD, can’t resist impact.
If bad things happened and HDD is corrupted (broken) already and it looks like data is not readable or is readable very slowly (windows is not starting or starts very slowly) it is possible with special software to save some or in most cases all important data. Off course, I am not a wizard – if HDD is completely damaged, and it is not possible to save any of important files, with methods I use, I advise to see a specialist, who will disassemble HDD segments and save data.
If your computer plastic case / frame are cracked, I can change it as well.
If keyboard responds incorrect or not working, there are computer models with keyboards which are surprisingly cheap to buy and replace.
I can replace your computers old charging port to new one, if old port annoys you and charger isn’t charging or losing connection.
For all my customers I offer technical support and advices, I will try to answer all the questions to best of my knowledge and ability. Where ever you are - I am here for you and ready to help - there is many ways to get in touch – through phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Skype etc., by using Team Viewer software even if you are in different country. (Sorry, but it’s not available for TalkTalk network provider) I will tell you what you need to do, to get me connected to your device. Don’t worry, it’s easy enough.
When I am connected to your computer I can do following things - get rid of unnecessary files, harmful viruses, which standard antivirus programs can’t see and everything else what is not needed. This will help your computer work more easily with much more power, safety and increasing device speed and lifetime.
Of course it is not possible to list all the problems and things what i can do. Every problem is different and individual. That’s why I am here - ready to help, I will be happy to help, even if you need just an advice.
