In preparation to today’s solar eclipse please be aware that using your phone camera to see the eclipse can damage the phone.

Pointing a phone camera at the Sun can potentially damage the camera sensor if it’s exposed for a prolonged period, particularly with optical zoom, but a very brief exposure is unlikely to cause permanent damage.

So do this at your own risk for a very short period of time if you do decide to do it.
(Not recommended)

This is how to spot a phishing email.

A rather convincing one from “Starbucks” until you notice the claim button is a bit fuzzy.

Top tip is always check the actual email address by clicking on it like in the screen recording. You can see it’s not from Starbucks but in fact from a random email address which is nothing to do with Starbucks.

All repairs come with a 12 month warranty. Unlike some repair companies, we do not charge a call out fee on our warranty work.

We offer a call out service in and around Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. If your unsure if we cover your area, just ask!

Our purpose built vans have offices inside meaning your repair can be carried out safely and effectively. Most of our repairs take less than 45 minutes to complete outside your work or home so you aren’t without your device for any prolonged period of time where possible.

Payment is made on completion by cash or bank transfer, which ever is easier for you. There are no hidden charges. Our quotes include parts, labour, call out and VAT.
