Maybe not a Police matter, but there really is no excuse for the cabling disaster that we put right this afternoon. We can only deduce that it was completed by someone living their 'Fake it till you make it' lifestyle to the full. Network cabling can appear to be a black art to some, start posting pictures of cable runs and cable management and there will always be someone just waiting to voice their opinion as to why it is wrong, how they would have done it, and why their way is vastly superior....

We love a good challenge here at TenacITy, so when I got a call about Sky Q problems in a property with extensive BT WIFI that neither BT nor Sky could solve, but could blame each other for, I just had to get involved.
It took a while but after figuring out just what was going on, what each device was trying to do, it is all now connected and working happily together.
The result, a happy customer who can now make full use of what they have bought.
