First of all, I'd like to thank you for opening my page, My name is David and I've been an IT Technician for the last 4 years, and previously worked in customer service at a PC World branch. I've got two BTECs in Computer Science and Networking, along with a Cisco Certified Network Associate Level 1 & 2 (CCNA).

I also have a firm belief that everyone should have the access to getting a friendly, reliable service, and not companies who are focused on hitting targets and selling you a service that doesn't give you any benefit whatsoever. We live in a technological age, so why can't we get the help we need when we need it without costing the earth? Well, because the big companies see the pound signs and exploit people's misunderstandings with what they're getting, and are reluctant to give you that money back when challenged.
