Have you heard about the Ocean Explorer Charter boat Bridlington yet? 🚢

This brilliant family-run charter boat is out on the water from Bridlington Harbour and offers some of the most incredible boat trip experiences on the East Yorkshire coast. Skipper Paul brings decades of local seafaring knowledge and with just 12 passengers per trip, every outing feels genuinely personal.

Their trips include a one-hour scenic cruise to Flamborough Head, to a 90-minute seal watching trip to Selwicks Bay, and a full 2.5-hour seabird experience at RSPB Bempton Cliffs where gannets dive, puffins arrive in style and kittiwakes pack the chalk cliffs in their thousands.

The Northern Soul Weekender returns to Bridlington Spa from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June for its 19th year, and if you haven't sorted your tickets yet, now's the time. This is one of the biggest events in the UK's Northern Soul calendar and Bridlington absolutely buzzes when it comes to town.

Over 60 DJs spinning rare and original vinyl 45s across the weekend including classic Northern Soul, rare and underplayed tracks, Motown, Modern Soul new releases and pre-releases.

Beach volleyball is back in Bridlington!

This month, the town plays host to not one, not two, but THREE incredible beach volleyball events, and it's going to be an absolutely spectacular week and a half on Bridlington South Beach.

Kicking things off is the NEVZA Senior Beach Volleyball Championship from 22nd to 24th June, followed immediately by the headline event - the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour from 25th to 28th June. This is England's FIRST EVER World Beach Pro Tour event, bringing some of the best beach volleyball players on the planet right here to East Yorkshire. Then to round things off in style, the NEVZA Youth Beach Volleyball Championship runs from 30th June to 2nd July.

Best of all? Spectators can watch for free. So whether you're a die-hard volleyball fan or just fancy something a bit different on a summer's day, come down to the beach and soak up the atmosphere. It's going to be something special!
