If you're over 50, out of work, and the tools employers now expect have moved on since you were last in the workforce, this programme is designed specifically for you.
Our Microsoft 365 Essentials and Beyond Skills Bootcamp is a 10-week programme for unemployed adults aged 50 and over in Brighton and Hove. It builds genuine, current Microsoft 365 workplace skills (including Microsoft Copilot) in a supportive, patient environment where no prior experience is assumed.

What learners will be able to do:
→ Use Microsoft Teams to join and host meetings and communicate professionally
→ Work confidently with shared documents, OneDrive and real-time collaboration
→ Use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to a higher level
→ Navigate SharePoint as modern employers use it
→ Use Microsoft Copilot as a practical everyday workplace tool

Every completer is offered a guaranteed interview for a suitable role, matched to the skills they've built. Six months of careers support continues after the course ends.
