🎳✨ to our incredible Christmas day out! 🎄🎉

To beat the January blues, we’re looking back at some photos to relive BrightMinded’s unforgettable Christmas festivities.

We kicked things off with a delicious Christmas lunch at the stunning Malmaison Brighton Marina (where the food was as fantastic as the company😉) Afterwards, the team brought their A-game (and plenty of laughs) to the Hollywood Bowling Alley, where the dark horses and hidden talents of the team really shone through! 🎳🏆

As we look ahead to the new year, moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to have such an amazing team that works hard and plays even harder. It’s days like this that strengthen our bond and make achieving our goals even more rewarding.

Here’s to making more memories like this in 2025! 🚀

This week, our team took part in techtimeout, dedicating two hours on Tuesday morning to switch off from screens and do something for our wellbeing.

The results? A mix of activities that brought smiles, calm, and a whole lot of joy:

🐾 Wandered with our fur babies on sunny dog walks
📖 Escaped into thrilling book adventures
🎄 Sprinkled festive cheer while putting up Christmas trees
🍪 Channelled our inner bakers with some delicious creations
💪 Sweating it out and feeling strong at the gym
🐱 Snuggled up with our fluffy p***y cats
🧗Scaling walls at bouldering!

It was a simple reminder that taking time for ourselves not only boosts our wellbeing but also helps us bring our best selves to work.

Taking part in the tech-time-out initiative

On Tuesday the 3rd of December we will be taking part in the tech-time-out initiative.

We are participating in this programme designed by techtimeout (in partnership with Mental Health First Aid England) to raise awareness of the impact that technology has on our mental health, productivity and creativity.

On Tuesday, from 9am to 11am our team will be spending their time performing an activity of their choice which doesn’t involve any digital device.

We took part in this event last year and the team really appreciated that screen-free time!

This is the time to bring your spooky spirit into the office, dress in your best costumes, put on your creativity hats and go out to trick and treat!
