Stage Electrics Partnership Limited Names Pete White as New Managing Director
Stage Electrics Group has announced the appointment of Pete White as Managing Director of Stage Electrics Partnership Limited (Stage Electrics), with responsibility also for Northern Light and Just Rigging & Inspections Scotland.
Pete is well known across the business, having most recently held the position of Head of Venue Services & Equipment Sales, where he consistently demonstrated outstanding management and leadership expertise, along with a comprehensive understanding of the company's customers and their evolving needs.
This appointment is strengthened further by the creation of a new Senior Leadership Team at Stage Electrics. In addition to Pete, the team comprises Richard Phare, newly appointed Commercial Director, who brings more than 40 years’ experience within the company’s Projects department; Robert Kucharczyk as Head of Sales; and Paul Roughton, Joe Jenkins and Megan Parker.
Pete will report directly to Group Chief Executive Dave Coull and continue to work closely with the Group Senior Executive, Adam Blaxill, Dan Aldridge and Nathan Athay.
The appointment and the new structure come as Stage Electrics Group continues a sustained period of growth, having expanded through the acquisition of two businesses in the past two and a half years: Just Rigging & Inspections Scotland and Willow Communications.

Pete takes up his new role on the 1st of August 2026.
