Really pleased to finally finish a project I've been working on over the last few weeks! 🎉
What started as a simple idea evolved into a complete Rework Request and Production Planning System built using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate and Excel.
The system now includes:
✅ Online request forms
✅ Automated approval workflows
✅ Approval and rejection notifications
✅ Production booking management
✅ Automated planning calendars
✅ Capacity monitoring
✅ Dashboard reporting
✅ Email notifications
✅ Capacity warning alerts
The best part has been seeing a process that was heavily manual become something much more efficient, automated and easier to manage.
A lot of learning, problem solving and testing along the way, but incredibly satisfying to see everything finally working together.
Already looking forward to the next improvement project!
