We were pleased to print these leaflets for the Skye & Lochalsh Citizens Advice Bureau, who are looking for local volunteers to join their team.

Volunteering with CAB is a great way to make a real difference in our community — helping local people access the advice, support and information they need.

Discover Anna Macleod’s new exhibition at Talla Duisdale, 2-5 September

We’re delighted to see some of the prints produced by StrathPrint featuring in Anna Macleod’s upcoming exhibition at Talla Duisdale in Sleat.

Scottish-Irish visual artist and researcher Anna Macleod will share a selection of work from her Jon Schueler Scholarship 2026 residency, exploring Gaelic cosmology, landscape heritage and agricultural practices through material drawn from the library and archives at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig.

The exhibition brings together drawings and small sculptures researched and made during her time here on Skye.

We’re welcoming August with the bold, stylised artwork of Vera Naessens Vera Naessens, featured in the Strath Print calendar. These two paintings by Vera offers a beautiful glimpse into the long, relaxed summer days of the past—and, we hope, the present too! With confident strokes and warm memories, it’s a perfect reminder to slow down and savour the season.

The very first South Skye Nature Festival kicks off tonight at An Crùbh with free live music from Skirlin’! 🎶🌿

Looking for something different this weekend? Learn to identify birdsong, discover how to record whales and dolphins from the shore, join a family-friendly bumblebee safari, or enjoy a free screening of David Attenborough’s Ocean. With walks, talks and activities for all ages, there’s something for everyone.

We’re especially excited that our own Martin Benson, a local birding expert, will be leading a bird-spotting walk along the coast in Broadford on Sunday from 9:00–10:30am, departing from the Hebridean Hotel. 🐦
