A Bank Holiday for a small-business owner is not always a day off.

Sometimes it is the day without customers when the paperwork, planning and little problems finally get attention.

But IT should not be one more thing sitting in the owner's head waiting to be remembered.

Properly looked-after technology is not only about what happens when something breaks. It is the relief of knowing somebody has responsibility for it.

What matters is what happens next.
