We’ve just heavily invested in upgrading our CCTV systems to include AcuSeek intelligent video search.

Rather than spending hours manually reviewing footage, we can now search for a person based on a description and quickly find where they’ve appeared across multiple cameras.

For events, that could mean finding a lost child much faster, locating someone who’s entered a restricted area, or identifying where someone who has broken the rules has gone.

It’s another step towards making CCTV more useful in real time, rather than simply something you look back at afterwards.
