You can learn a lot about a company from one email.
"Your query has been logged and will be actioned in due course."
Twelve words, and not one of them tells you who's dealing with it, when it'll be fixed, or whether anyone actually cares.
We started Kee partly because of emails like that.
When something goes wrong for one of our clients, they hear: "Leave it with us. We'll sort it and let you know when it's done." And then we do.
When we review their costs, they hear: "Good news, we found you a better deal." Or just as often: "Honestly? You're on a good rate. Let's not fix what isn't broken."
No jargon. No scripts. No "as per our service level agreement."
Because here's the thing: companies that hide behind corporate language are usually hiding something else too. The ones who talk to you straight are the ones who deal with you straight.
We're serious about business. We just never forget to be human while we do it.
If you'd like a supplier who talks to you like a person, let's have a proper chat.
